EMC’s school of instrument repair offers classes in all disciplines of instrument repair. Classes are offered in weekend, week long, month long, and full nine month courses.

For store owners, send us one of your staff members for a week long course on flute and clarinet regulation with a minor in pad work, and you will have a staff member that can take
care of your customers minor or emergency repair. Send your guitar salesman for a weekend course on guitar set up and truly take care of your customers continuing needs.

The EMC shop is a well equipped state of the art facility capable of minor repairs to full restorations of all brass, woodwind, strings, percussion and electronic instruments from piccolos to tubas, violins to keyboards. Its purpose is to maintain and restore musical instruments owned by private individuals, schools, universities and other dealers.

Technicians that want to broaden their scope and learn new techniques plus work with the latest's tooling can join us for specific concentrated one on one learning experiences.

All classes are offered year round and can be designed to fit your particular schedule. Highly skilled professionals will assit you in learning the ins and outs of band and orchestra repair. Courses require hand tool purchase. A complete list is supplied at time of class reservation, and can be obtained through EMC.
